Lemon Meringue Pie

INGREDIENTS
3 oz Lina’s Crema di Limoncello
1 oz vodka
.25 oz lemon juice


DIRECTIONS
Rim glass in meringue, then brulee with kitchen torch. ALTERNATIVE: Rim glass in marshmallow fluff, then dip in finely crushed graham cracker crumbs.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into rimmed martini glass.
