Macchiatto Martini

3 oz. chilled Lina’s Crema di Limoncello
.5 oz. vodka
2 tsp. instant espresso
2 tsp. sugar
.5 oz. vodka
2 tsp. instant espresso
2 tsp. sugar
Rub the rim of a chilled martini glass with vodka. Mix together instant espresso and sugar, dip rim of glass into mixture. Combine liquids together with ice. Shake, strain and pour into martini glass. Sprinkle additional espresso and sugar mixture on top of martini to taste.
