White Chocolate Ganache

2/3 cup Ghiradelli white chocolate chips
1/3 cup + 3 Tablespoons Lina's Crema di Limoncello
1 teaspoon soft butter
Put chips and butter in a heatproof bowl. Heat Lina's until bubbles around edge but do NOT boil. Pour hot Lina's over chocolate and butter and let sit for 3 minutes then whisk until smooth. Add 3 Tablespoons of Lina's and whisk again. If a thinner consistency is desired add additional Lina's, 1 Tablespoon at a time. Great over sponge cake, pound cake, ice cream, fruit or just out of the spoon! Make extra and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
