Hibiscus Fizz

1.5 oz Lina’s Crema di Limoncello
1 oz Gin (I recommend a citrus forward option)
.5 oz Hibiscus Syrup
Squeeze of Lemon
2 oz Soda Water
Fresh Mint
Crush a couple sprigs of mint in your hands and add them to a cocktail shaker along with Lina’s Limoncello, gin, hibiscus syrup and squeeze of lemon.
Shake with ice to chill, then strain into a Julep glass full of crushed or pebble ice. Top off with soda water. Stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel and lots and lots of fresh mint.
