Biscoff en Sorrento

1.5 oz Lina's Crema di Limoncello
1 oz Spiced Rum
Spoonful Cookie butter (Trader Joe's) or Biscoff spread (local grocer/Target)
1.25 oz apple cider (Trader Joe's)
Add Rum and cookie butter to tin and mix with bar spoon to incorporate. Add Lina's Crema di Limoncello and then apple cider. Shake with ice and strain into Martini glass.

Garnish: dehydrated apple slice slice styled in Martini glass

Style cocktail board with Biscoff cookie, crushed dehydrated apples, loose/whole baking spices like: star anise, cinnamon, etc. Biscoff cookies to style as well.
