Lina's Lemon Panna Cotta

¼ cup cold whole milk
2-1/4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder
1 cup half n’ half
1 cup Lina’s Crema di Limoncello
Place milk in a small bowl with wide mouth and sprinkle gelatin evenly over entire surface. Let stand 8-10 minutes to dissolve and soften.

In medium size saucepan heat the half n’ half and Lina’s and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and immediately whisk in dissolved gelatin mixture and combine completely. Pour into 4 or 6 small glass serving dishes depending on portion size you’d like. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until completely set and firm.

Garnish with a few berries and/or mint leaves if desired.
